What equipment do your intervenants use?

The intervenants have their own O2 equipment (bib and clogs, for example). They work with the products that our clients provide. They therefore use your vacuum cleaner, your cleaning products, and your mop, for example. Make sure they have them available for each scheduled intervention. We invite you to communicate with them via the communication logbook, for example, if you are not present at your home during the service.

How quickly can O2 provide services?

The timeframe can be very short (within the day). It depends, of course, on your needs and the O2 employees with the necessary skills and available at the desired times. For quick assistance, we invite you to contact O2 to benefit from a free, no-obligation assessment visit. This meeting is the ideal opportunity to tell O2 what you want to be done during the service, or conversely, what should not be touched, moved, or changed. The clearer your expectations are during this interview, the faster the advisor can assess the most suitable offer and identify the most capable intervenant to satisfy you.

How does O2 recruit its staff?

Our recruitment process is very rigorous, starting with a CV screening. We then invite selected candidates for a presentation of the company, our professions, and the required qualities. Motivated and interested individuals then complete an application form. After further selection, candidates undergo an individual interview that includes: a practical test (e.g., a timed test for ironing: shirts to be ironed impeccably in a minimum of time); a theoretical questionnaire on techniques; a personality interview (motivation, expectations, and constraints). Finally, we verify the references provided by the candidates and request a criminal record extract.

Do your employees receive ongoing training?

Yes. In 2019, 102,587 hours of training were provided to our employees. Our goal is simple: to place our employees at the heart of our commitment and allow them to improve throughout their contract. Our employees are perfectly qualified to meet your expectations and needs. For each of our professions, we offer adapted training for all our intervenants. For example, we offer training to our cleaning assistants such as the O2 Technical and Organizational Guides, or training on advanced techniques for ironing, maintenance of new and noble materials, window cleaning, and floor care. Our childcare providers are continuously trained, and we provide them with tools to raise their awareness of infant first aid. This ensures that your children are cared for safely. Life assistants also benefit from technical sheets that train them in the daily tasks of their profession, remind them of intervention limits, correct posture and working methods of O2. The intervenant can thus perform their duties autonomously.

Question 6

What happens if my regular intervenant is absent?

In the case of regular services, the intervenant remains the same whenever possible. If they are absent (for vacation or sick leave, for example), we offer a replacement with equal professional skills, subject to the availability of a qualified intervenant at the agency, to ensure service continuity.

Can I communicate directly with the intervenant without going through the agency?

To communicate with your home help, the communication logbook provided at the start of the contract is perfect. You and the intervenant can write down anything you deem necessary and useful for the other. Even for a simple "Thank you", the logbook is the ideal communication tool.

Question 8

How can I communicate my dissatisfaction or request improvements?

Accepted Answer

If needed, contact your O2 agency to discuss with your advisor what you are not satisfied with and what you think could be improved. As an employer, the agency will take the necessary actions and seek a solution if improving the service with the current intervenant seems unfeasible.
