To request a service call, please fill out the form on the 'After-Sales Service' page. This is necessary to open a service call file and allows us to have all the information needed to provide quality service. Agua will not perform any service without receiving all the required information. Following an analysis of the problem, an email will be sent to you within 48 to 72 hours. The department's schedule is Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

What is the warranty on AGUA products?

What is not covered by the AGUA warranty?

AGUA is not responsible for any labor costs or any other costs related to the installation, repair, or replacement of a product, as well as for any damage or incident, expense, direct loss or indirect. Consumable parts like bulbs and aluminum filters for range hoods are also not covered by the warranty. Natural stone baths and sinks are not guaranteed, and certain exceptions may apply to faucet warranties.
