Great service, they went above and beyond. My computer was running slow and shutting down, so I left my laptop with them overnight. We agreed they would add thermal paste (to help with cooling - mine was dry) and 8Gb of RAM (at the same price as found on Amazon). When I arrived the next day I learned that they instead added the paste, 16Gb of RAM, cleaned the inside and cleaned the screen - all at the same price that was agreed upon the night before. They were also friendly, and as a bonus, Claude likes to crack a lot of jokes in the conversation. I will return to them for future issues I might experience with my laptop or smartphone!
