Do you offer free storage?

Yes! We offer free storage at no charge. This is to ensure that if a product becomes available with limited quantity, you can buy it and keep it in our warehouse until you are ready to install your floors. For contractors, you can request delivery of it, a little bit at a time, so you are not liable for product loss or damage on the construction site. When your orders are placed, they are taken off the floor and prepared under your name. Contact a team member first as some space limitation may occur for larger orders and fees may apply.

How do you provide shipping quotes?

To provide our customers with the best shipping prices possible, we obtain shipping quotes on a case-by-case basis to ensure low prices. To get an exact quote, please contact a Canada Floors Depot team member via phone, email, or by proceeding through the checkout process. You can complete checkout to reserve your floors and a representative will contact you on the next business day to estimate and arrange for your custom shipping.

What is the process for ordering samples?

Samples get shipped next work day and arrive in 4-5 days. Select the sample according to your country. Please write the name of the product you would like in the notes during the checkout process. If you forget to do so, simply email us with a copy of your receipt for a sample purchase, along with a description of the product you’d like. Select “Sample Shipping” in order to receive free shipping on the sample order. You can place an order and request a later delivery date.

Our Customer Service Hours (Eastern Time) are Monday to Wednesday: 9am to 5pm, Thursday: 9am to 9pm, Friday: 9am to 5pm, Saturday: 9am to 3:30pm.
