Generally, the installers arrive sometime between 7:30am and 9:00am, depending on morning traffic, travel distance, weather, etc. Our office will notify you of any change in schedule.

You should receive an email within one week of signing your contract. This will be followed by a series of informative emails, including estimated installation dates, starting about 1 week after the initial confirmation. Installation dates are best estimated about a week beforehand, but can change.

Depending on the scope of fencing work, installation times vary significantly. An average yard usually takes one full day to dig posts and remove dirt, and one full day to complete panels. Expect 1-2 days between digging and posting to allow curing of the concrete.

How do you handle installation scheduling, especially with external factors?

Due to factors like changes on site, weather, injuries, hard digging, mechanical breakdowns, cancellations, or postponed jobs, installation dates are not precisely known until about a week before. Even then, things can change right up to the morning of installation.

Ideal Fence is responsible for marking public utility lines. However, customers are responsible for marking out private utility lines such as BBQ or pool gas lines.

What happens if I need a safety fence for a pool installation?

If you already have a pool, the safety/pool fence will be brought on the first day of installation. If you are having a new pool installed before your fence, and need a safety fence in the meantime, you should email [email protected] to inform them of your readiness for a safety fence.

Generally, people use their lot plans from when they purchased their homes. Your lot plan will have measurements that help locate your property line and mark it out before the crew arrives.
