Clotures L.S. is not a land surveyor company nor has the proper tools to know the exact land boundaries. Clotures L.S. follows the instructions provided by the landowner(s) and their certificate of location(s).

Does Clotures L.S. bring the excess dirt from the holes that are dug with them?

No, Clotures L.S. does not bring excess dirt with them. It cannot be mixed with our sand and rock (contamination). We can move or clean the earth as best as possible within reason.

If Clotures L.S. causes damage to the grass, pave, asphalt, sprinklers, underground tubing, and wiring are they responsible?

No, as per your contract, Clotures L.S. is not responsible. The landowner must take the necessary steps to avoid the possible damages. Clotures L.S. will do what they can within reason, to avoid damages.

Can Clotures L.S. provide an exact date for when they can return after the digging has been completed?

Accepted Answer

No, Clotures L.S. can not guarantee a return date for multiple reasons. Weather conditions can alter return time, delays in the material supply chain, and if it rains, cement will require additional time to properly cure before our return. Also, if you ordered a specialized fence, we can only process the order of the panels / door(s) once the poles are installed which requires additional time to produce.

How deep do you dig?

Our max depth for digging is 3ft. This depth can also change depending on what's below the surface like any large presence of tree roots, rock etc. where it might not be possible to obtain such a depth. This though will not effect structural integrity as poles are usually aligned with multiple poles attached to each other.

Can Clotures L.S. provide us with a precise date of when they will start the digging job/mounting job?

Accepted Answer

No, Clotures L.S. can not guarantee the precise start date due to a number of reasons like weather changes, supply chain delays and other factors. It is impossible and risky to commit to a specific date when these delays can cause such a large gap (sometimes weeks). However, given the above factors are regulated, Clotures L.S. will advise (if asked) the client(s) we will visit within a time period (Ex: Next week, Beginning or end of the Month etc.). We also call a day before to advise of our arrival. We call multiple days in advance if the client has cedars or old fence or objects to remove before our arrival.
