Over the weekend, our kitchen sink clogged and we tried everything to fix it. When we realized we needed professional help, we called first thing Monday and Marc answered promptly. After scheduling an appointment for the morning, he arrived in the expected window with his equipment. He was attentive to what the problem was and proceeded to use a drain cleaning machine to clear what had built up. From the looks of it, the drain cable went 20 ft into the pipe. He even passed the drain cable a second time for good measure. He ensured piping under the sink was not leaking and gave practical tips on how to prevent future build up. After the drain issue was resolved, he noticed that due to my excessive plunging over the weekend, the glue that attached the sink to the counter was coming loose. He made a temporary solution using some recycled planks the condo had lying around. He then gave instructing on how we could DIY a more long term solution and listed the parts we would need from the store. Marc went above and beyond and still only charged for an hour of his time. Pricing was reasonable too. I felt he was honest and had my best interest in mind. I can easily recommend his services.

Allard is amazing on all scales Fast in communication and very knowledgeable Friendly and honest with pricing Couldn't recommend more I wish that i would face more plumbing problems so i could call him :-) I've worked with him 3 different times and he never disappointed 10/10
