Can I use my gift card online?

As of April 7th, it is temporarily not possible to use a gift card for payment of an order on the website. You will still be able to use your gift card in-store or with customer service. For any questions or assistance, do not hesitate to write to us at service@deserres.ca.

How long are items kept in my shopping cart?

Accepted Answer

Shopping carts retain selected items for 14 days. Once this period has passed, you will need to shop again to fill your cart.

How do I get notified when an item is back in stock?

To be informed of the return of an out-of-stock item, click on the 'Notify me' button on the product page. You will receive an email notification as soon as the item is available again.

How do I pay for my order?

1. Once you have finished shopping, click on 'Proceed to payment'. Fill in the necessary billing and shipping address information. 2. Once the terms are accepted, you will need to enter your credit card number and follow the instructions. 3. The payment step is entirely secure on the Shopify payment platform. DeSerres will not have access to the payment transaction under any circumstances.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and ShopPay. All payment methods are confidential and no information is communicated to DeSerres. Make sure to enter the correct credit card number, check if the expiration date is valid, and correctly indicate the security code on the back of the card.

Is the deserres.ca website secure?

The deserres.ca site is completely secure. During payment, everything will be processed securely on the Shopify Payment platform. Your credit card number will not be communicated to deserres.ca under any circumstances.

Question 7

What happens if an item is out of stock after I've placed my order?

Accepted Answer

If you ordered an item that is out of stock and you did not receive it with your order, it will not be billed to you. On the product page, please click the 'Notify me' button to be informed of its return, and you can then add it to your cart on your next order.

Can I modify or cancel an order?

Accepted Answer

Please note that we cannot modify or cancel an order completed online. It is possible to return or exchange your products within 10 days of delivery. Any returned product must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice or transaction receipt. Please consult our Delivery and Returns section for details.
