We had an excellent experience today with Drain Claire for a blocked toilet issue at our office that had been ongoing since the summer of 2024. Luis and his team came to take care of the problem, and we couldn’t be more grateful for his help. He was professional, polite, and incredibly knowledgeable. What I appreciated most was how clearly he explained the situation in terms I could easily understand. He even took the time to show me how to recognize where the issue might be coming from in the future, which was both reassuring and empowering. Luis went above and beyond — he was thorough, patient, and took extra time to make sure everything was fully resolved and that we were completely satisfied. He also made sure the area was clean before leaving and truly went out of his way to ensure we understood the complexity of the situation. Exceptional service! Had the main drain clogged from the house to the city pipes. The office answered immediately. Sam called to confirm the work. I received a second call to say they plumber was coming in 30 minutes. A very polite bilingual service person arrive and fixed the problem efficiently. They explained the work. All three employees were wonderful. Job completed in Pointe Claire! Thank you.

Competent, polite, punctual, responded to questions with sentences, reasonable fees, equipment in good condition. All of this equals great service! They identified roots in the drain appearing in two places using the camera, and then made sure they were cleared afterwards. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

Making the appointment was super easy and the service team showed up the next day and ON TIME (never happens). The service team was excellent - explained the problem clearly and how they solved it. Also gave me advice on maintaining the system. Highly recommend and definitely would use them again.
