My snowblower broke down on Saturday, December 17th. Despite the website indicating they were closed, I sent an email on December 19th asking for a repair estimate. They still responded. On December 20th at exactly 5:30 PM, they came to pick up my snowblower. On December 21st, they said they would arrive at 5:30 PM to return my repaired snowblower. They contacted me at 5:30 PM to say they would arrive at 6:15 PM. They arrived exactly at 6:15 PM and my snowblower works wonderfully! They even explained how to avoid making the same mistake I made. Do you want reliable, kind, and professional people? I highly recommend them. A big thank you!
