I'm very grateful to these guys for simply helping me determine what the issue was. Found some little bugs that got me worried, but after an initial call, followed by some emails and pics to help identify them, they diagnosed the issue and thankfully it was no big deal. Super friendly, quick to reply and .. although it led to no business for them, they were happy to help me, a cold calling stranger, with my issue. Pretty cool. To me this says something very good about this company. I will surely use them if I ever have the need. I figured the least I could do to repay their good deed is give them this review.

Knowledgable, good prices and care about customers. Staff knew the products well and took the time to explaine how to use them correctly. You can definetly tell that this is a family buisness that has lasted the test of time as the employees really wanted to make sure my pest problem was solved. They go above and beyond just selling products, they gave me detailed instructions on how to solve my problem (and prevent future ones). And when I called the store later that week with more questions, they were more than happy to answer them all. I was very surprised and happy with the level of serivce.
