beautiful windows, good quality and air tight from the noise and cold.

Overall very happy with our experience with Fenetre Magistral. We hired them to replace all the windows and doors of our house as well as a patio door. They were the only companies we found that were willing to let us have black guillotine windows both outside as well as inside. They were easy to deal with and we found the price for the quote competitive. We were also satisfied that even when a mistake was made, they were honest enough to agree that the mistake was theirs and to cover the price difference and the replacement ( we were quoted a patio door of smaller size by mistake and a door with a frosted pannel was installed instead of the clear one we requested) The doors and windows looks beautiful and the installation was done on time and efficiently. Some small things were damaged during installation ( a part of the patio door was cracked and the front door panel was frosted instead of clear) but both issues were adressed and corrected promptly as soon as they received the replacement part. The only small negative points would be. 1.We were told the installation was always done by people from fenetre magistrale but it was done by subcontractors 2. We were told the black inside windows wouldnt be easy to scratch. But many were scratched on delivery. We were given paints to do touch up but I think we should have been made aware that they would be this easy to scratch 3.We find The guillotine windows very hard to open Thank you!

All around amazing organization from sales to delivery and product. I split my business in 2 parts but should have given all my business to Magistral Windows and doors.

I was very pleased with the service. The installation and clean up impeccable. I will be returning.
