A few years ago, we replaced all our doors and windows with Fernplast products and we are still very satisfied. Recently, we had a request that wasn't covered by the after-sales service. Mr. Guy Roussin, the sales representative we spoke with, researched and found solutions to our request, even though he wasn't obligated to do so. We greatly appreciate Mr. Roussin's professionalism and the quality of his service. Without him, we would have been without recourse.
