Manny doesn’t normally work weekends, but he made it a point to come by on Saturday to make sure our heat was up and running before the freezing weather hit. He was an absolute joy to talk to, professional, respectful, and genuinely caring. He even went the extra mile to adjust our thermostat settings and patiently answered all our random questions. Highly recommend Hot & Cold, and if you can, ask for Manny! He’s a HVAC magician!
