I got my electric furnace and heat pumps from JM AIR and was very impressed by their process from quote, installation, financing, to after-market servicing. Simon, Jean-Marc and their team were very quick/responsive and provide great customer service. I will recommend them.

I was looking to change my entire gas system (AC, heating and water tank) to electric. After looking around and getting quotes from a few places, JM Air not only provided the most competitive rate but also the best customer service experience. Nasser was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Very friendly and attentive. He took the time to explain everything and was always very quick to respond whenever I had any questions. The technician, Jean-Marc, who I later found out was the owner, decided to do the installation himself since it was a special case that had very specific requirements. He was also very friendly and helpful and did an amazing job installing everything. Everything is working great and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend JM Air to anyone requiring service on their HVAC system.

I’m fully satisfied with my experience with JMAir. Not only did they offer a great price, but the treatment from start to finish was excellent. From the initial consultation with Paul, everything was clear and professional. On installation day, JM (the owner) came personally with his team, and the whole process, both exterior and interior unit, went smoothly and efficiently. They were super clean, and what impressed me the most was how they went above and beyond. They even took the time to tighten and organize the cables in my machinery room, leaving everything looking neat and top quality. JM is genuinely nice, approachable, and always willing to help. Highly recommended to anyone looking for reliable HVAC installation and service!

Very good service from JM Air. The installation was smooth, with Simon, Christian and Ray trying to make sure we were satisfied with the results. They took into account our concerns about the positioning of the interior units, and went the extra mile to work on a hard-to-access side area of our property. They also took pains to hide the drainage with flashing that matches our brick color (see photo). We haven't had the opportunity to use the units much yet, but the product seems very quiet and fully featured. They were also respectful of our property during the installation. I recommend JM Air and would use them again.
