Do we need to be home while your cleaning staff is working?

This depends entirely on you and what you are most comfortable with. We recommend being home the first time to meet our cleaning staff so you can familiarize them with your home and cleaning preferences. If you choose to be home, we ask that you respect their time and understand that they have other jobs to get to and families to return home to in the evening. Doing your best to stay out of their way is greatly appreciated. Please secure pets and keep children in another area while we work.

Do you provide cleaning products?

Our cleaning staff arrives at work with all the necessary supplies to clean your home, including our vacuum cleaner, or if you wish, we can use yours. Our cleaning staff is not responsible for the maintenance of your vacuum cleaner, but they will empty bagless vacuums after using them. If you have a specific cleaner you wish to use, we ask that you leave it on the counter with a note asking them to use it instead of ours.

What is your cancellation policy?

We can cancel your cleaning reservation without any charge. However, we ask that you notify us of the cancellation or rescheduling of your reservation at least 24 hours in advance. You can notify us by text message, email, or phone.

Is tipping required or allowed?

Tips are always appreciated, but never expected. However, it is a nice gesture and greatly contributes to conveying a bit of gratitude to the people who take care of your home. You can include it with your payment or leave cash in a clearly marked envelope to bring an immediate smile to your cleaners' faces. That's why placing your cash tip in an envelope clearly marked or with a post-it note lets the cleaner know that the money is definitely for them. It is also a thoughtful option to consider leaving our regular cleaning staff a bonus for the holiday season, at the end of the year, or for their birthday.

What payment methods do you accept?

After the initial service, you can pay by cash, check, Interac transfer, or credit card if that is your preference. Payment can be made after each visit, every two weeks, or monthly according to your convenience. If payment is delayed, we will impose a 10% fee.
