Lawn mowing service starts around May 15th and ends September 30th, once a week. The cutting height is not less than 7 cm (2.5 in.). The client must pick up animal waste from the yard before our visit. Les pelouses Laforest is not responsible for damage to the client's property or that of others resulting from normal machinery operations, or if the client does not comply with the agreement. The client accepts the risks associated with mowing operations performed by the company according to industry standards. Fees for NSF checks will be reimbursed and added to the payment. The contractor reserves the right to cancel this contract at any time if the client does not respect the contract regulations or is disrespectful. The calculation will be pro rata of the remaining months plus a $35.00 fee. The client can only terminate the contract in case of death or sale of the property, and must pay for services rendered and a $35.00 plus tax fee.
