The Basic Cleaning includes cleaning and sanitizing kitchen countertops, sinks, fixtures, and floors; cleaning the exterior of kitchen appliances and the interior of the microwave; cleaning and sanitizing all bathrooms; cleaning the laundry room; sweeping and mopping vinyl, tile, and hardwood flooring; vacuuming carpeting; vacuuming, sweeping or shaking out area rugs; dusting and polishing furniture; dusting pictures, shelves, and knick-knacks; removing cobwebs; emptying interior trash cans; cleaning and shining all glass furniture and mirrors; cleaning glass entry doors, sliding glass doors, and French doors; making beds (changing linens if clean ones are provided); and dusting blinds and ceiling fans if time permits.

The Deep Cleaning includes all items from the Basic Cleaning list, plus vacuuming upholstery (including under cushions), cleaning under and behind lighter furnishings, vacuuming or sweeping and mopping under all beds, using vacuum attachments to edge carpeting, cleaning ceiling fans and baseboards, cleaning cabinet facings, cleaning chair-rail moldings, cleaning window sills, frames, and blinds, static dusting walls, cleaning interior door facings and door frames, cleaning and sanitizing door knobs, and wiping or dusting light fixtures (without disassembling them).

What is the Customer Preference Clean (CPC)?

The CPC is a customized service tailored to your specific needs and budget. It typically involves a thorough basic cleaning followed by two or more hours of cleaning tasks from the deep cleaning list, or a combination of tasks from both lists, prioritized by you.

What is the cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

You can reschedule, skip, add, or cancel cleanings with a 24-hour notice. Without a 24-hour notice, a $30 cancellation fee will be charged, payable at your next scheduled cleaning. An additional $10 will be charged for cancellations or no-shows at your door to cover travel time.

Does Perfect Choice Cleaning Services offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds on services that have been provided. However, we will return and re-clean any problems reported within 24 hours of cleaning.
