I called Superior Doors in the morning and 30 minutes later I got a call from a technician, Johnny. He was on site within 20 minutes and showed me what we were doing wrong. Super awesome guy. Was so happy to be able to get out of the house and charge our phones and grab some food. Superior Doors to the rescue!!
