How will my online order be delivered?

If you select home delivery, your online order will be delivered by Purolator or Canada Post to the postal address indicated at the time of purchase. If you select in-store pickup, your order is prepared at the store you have chosen, and you will receive an email when your order is ready to be picked up. Note that delivery is not included if you have chosen this option. If you want the store to deliver your items prepared in-store, you must contact your retailer to validate this possibility. Truck delivery fees apply.

What are the delivery times?

Delivery times by truck are generally 7 to 10 business days, but can be faster. For in-store pickup, order preparation usually takes only a few hours. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready to be picked up. Wait for this email before coming to the store. If the store does not have all the items in your order in stock, allow a processing time of seven to ten business days.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is free with any online order of $49 and over before taxes, for items weighing 70 lb (31 kg) or less and measuring less than 48 inches. If your order does not total $49 before taxes, a delivery fee of $6.99 will be added to your invoice. For items weighing over 70 lb (31 kg) or measuring 48 inches or more, a surcharge may apply. A member of our team will contact you for details. For online orders with in-store pickup option, there are no delivery fees.

Can I pick up my online order at my Potvin & Bouchard store?

In-store pickup is available in our 4 branches. Please note, however, that the pickup option may not be available for certain products. If you have selected home delivery, your items will be delivered to the postal address indicated at the time of your online purchase. To pick up an online order, you must select the in-store pickup option when placing your online order. Warning: you cannot change the delivery option once the transaction is completed.

Delivery times can vary from one store to another and depending on the period. The store will contact you the same day for orders placed before 2 p.m., otherwise within 24 business hours to schedule the delivery date with you.
