We offer a 90-day guarantee on the proper functioning of the device. This warranty excludes physical or liquid damage, or devices with an active Apple/Google ID or password.

We accept refund requests within 7 days from the date of purchase. For orders not yet shipped, a full refund minus a 3% fee is issued. For shipped orders, a full refund minus shipping costs is issued. For in-store purchases, the refund is complete. Accessories are not refundable. Refunds are not accepted if the product has physical or liquid damage, or if the device is still connected to an Apple ID, Google, or password.

Exchanges are possible within 7 days from the date of receipt if you are not satisfied with the device. The exchange must be for a device of equal or greater value. The product must be in the same condition as initially received. Shipping costs for exchanges are the customer's responsibility. Exchanges are not accepted for products with physical or liquid damage, or if the device is still connected to an Apple ID, Google, or password.
