The key for my mailbox is quite thin I wanted two more copies cut. The locksmith had no keys thin enough but says he would try to replicate the thickness. He cut a key and told me to go try it out before paying and cutting the second one. It worked perfectly! Honest and professional. Thank you

Had standard keys to duplicate and the service was efficient, professional, and reasonably priced, all keys were tested and functional with the bonus that one of the duplicates works better than the OG version so I'm impressed with this place.

I had to replace a door handle from 1988 in brass to avoid changing all of them in my house because NO retail store had something that would fit the hole already drilled in the door. Their competitor in Laval sent me to their store in Montreal saying "if they don't have it I don't know who would". Walked once (closed for construction holidays), walked twice and got the EXACT same model that fitted like a Cinderella slipper into the door. Problem fixed for $25. I don't know what people are ranting about, but if you listen to their advice you walk home with a smile. Highly recommended

Other serruiers like Canadian Tire did 2 times a bad copy of my keys and even tho I was refunded they still made me waste my time... but this guys "Serruiers Amherst" are the best ❤️ they speak English and French! This detail I found very demure very considerate ✨ and even tho it seemed them to had my job done (mailbox key copy) within in seconds, they still did a second inspection to make sure everything was fine... I am totally satisfied ☺️
