Sam arrived precisely on time, bringing all the necessary tools for the job. He was incredibly pleasant and easy to communicate with, immediately putting me at ease. What truly set him apart were his unbelievable skills and determination. He spent hours meticulously troubleshooting difficult problems with the unit, even going so far as to skillfully disassemble floorboards to access and clear the drainage lines. Working tirelessly, Sam didn't give up until he had fully restored my washer/dryer to perfect working order. As my family and I are spending a year living on our boat, having a functional washer and dryer is incredibly important to us, and Sam's dedication meant the world. My oven wasn’t working and were were stressed at the thought of buying a whole new one in time for all the holiday cooking! I purchased a new range hood to replace an existing one that didn’t work anymore. I called for an appointment for installation and was given an appointment for an installation technician to come to my place. The technician Sam called 15 minutes before his arrival as promised. Sam did a fantastic and very professional installation which included modifying the hood so it would fit properly. It showed that he had more than ten years experience as a technician. I have to highly recommend this technician and the installation company for such a fantastic job. Their fees are very fair, no regrets picking such a good company!
