William arrived at the appointed time interval, with a text before as promised. He is fully trained for GE and other brands by the manufacturer, which is often sorely lacking by other third party companies. They only use OEM parts, unlike others who often do an inferior job troublesh in returning your appliance to long-term function with non-OEM parts. He was extremely efficient in his work, and identified the component which was faulty very quickly. He was prepared with the part in his vehicle for my GE side-by-side fridge which is 13 years old. He explained where the temperature sensor is in my fridge, and to keep circulation of air around it toprevent vegetables from freezing in my fridge. I learned about this model and am very happy with the outcome.

Our LG refrigerator was no longer cooling - refrigerator and freezer. I booked an appointment online with Canada Appliance - quick and easy. The technician arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem - a failed compressor. The decision to repair or replace the appliance was left to us. Mind you we appreciated having the technician supplement the information we had collected. We chose to have Canada Appliance repair the refrigerator. William ordered the part and scheduled the repair for the following day. The actual repair took some time. Not a surprise since a fan element needed to be replaced as well. Both technicians were knowledgeable and professional. We feel fortunate that Canada Appliance was there for us when we needed them. We particularly appreciated being kept up to date of their arrival time - by text and by phone. No doubt we will call Canada Appliance to repair other appliances. Excellent service!

Good experience with service representative, was able to quickly troubleshoot the root cause of the problem, pin point the faulty part and ordered the replacement. As the part arrived, the replacement of the part was quick, the system fully tested. The full cost of the part and effort was on the high side, but the work was performed by a competent service representative and preformed expediently.

Came home to a HOT fridge interior after being away. Lost everything in the fridge and freezer. We called CAS because their reviews from 345 people were nearly 5 stars. We are so glad we did. This company went above and beyond to get our Bosch fridge back up and running in no time! Huge shout out to William ! A very consummate technician who just happens to be the nicest person you'll ever meet. The very polite dispatcher was very communicative with email/text so we always knew where we were regarding our super quick repair! We highly recommend this company ! The repair technician was on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. I felt the rubber gasket needed to be changed in my washing machine but he told me that it still provided a good seal and just needed some lubricant to restore its lustre and finish. It was nice to get his honest opinion and learn that if the gasket isn’t cracked or covered in black mould it didn’t need replacing.
