Cellzone does not require its franchisees to be cell phone repair specialists. Comprehensive in-store training (head office) is provided to all franchisees, covering technical aspects, sales, and complete store and personnel management.

What happens when my Cellzone franchise application is approved?

Once approved as a Cellzone franchisee, you will sign a franchise agreement, and the process of identifying a suitable site for your franchise project will begin. Once the location is selected, an opening date will be set, along with planning for training and support periods. You will also gain access to all our training resources.

Does Cellzone provide financial assistance to franchisees?

Cellzone does not provide financial assistance, but can help prepare your business plan and collaborate with your financial institution to provide them with the information they need for your loan application.

Am I required to operate the branch myself?

We are looking for owner-operators, but are open to franchisees partnering with a business partner holding at least 25% of the company's shares, who will have participated in all stages of the approval process, to operate the franchise with more freedom.

The choice of location for your Cellzone franchise is crucial. All Cellzone branches must benefit from optimal performance. Cellzone has its own development department responsible for identifying branch locations. We are open to all suggestions, but they must be approved by our Development Department. In all cases, you will be accompanied throughout the process, from site selection and lease negotiation to its signature.
