It was a very good experience for me. I got an appointment right away. David was very polite and helpful and do everything to speed up the installation on a very cold month of January. Overall, everyone that did a good job, was very nice and polite. From start to finished. Well definitely recommend David for any of my friend or neighboor that needs new furnace and heat pump.

I highly recommend them for their top service. I woke up to a freezing house and realized that my furnace was not working. I called for an appointment and was connected to Alex. He thoroughly enquired about the issue and made sure that the technician Sabir was on his way. Sabir came quickly to see the issue even though it was the holiday period and when we realized that I would need a new furnace, he went to pick one up right away and it was installed the same day! Service was efficient and thorough. Alex even followed up to see if everything went well. On this cold winter day, I really appreciate the swift service and the warm house thanks to them

The guys showed up at 9 we’re done by 6 New thermopump , New high efficiency electric furnace and most of all no more oil heating NO MORE OIL TANK IN MY BASEMENT ! Insurance dropped $1100 instantly ! The air is warmer and more consistent , no more smell of burning oil , changing nozzles and oil filters inside the house !! The guys were at times up to 6!!!! Workers and the scrap is ALL gone the holes patched and the thermopump re positioned outside to be more efficient and effective ! The duct work rearranged again to be more efficient and effective for heating and cooling !!! We can feel the difference already and once I figure out this new thermostat 😄 we will be golden ! I would recommend Jean Pierre any day ! They worked basically non stop with only a short break for lunch to refuel and recharge! Great job and the government grants were awesome covering 99% of the total cost ! If you are still heating with OIL GET YOUR BUTT OVER THERE TO SEE THEM and ask for David to give you an estimate and walk you through the grants ! He is a top gun !! Denis

Installation and product was very good for 2 thermo-pumps and they came right away. There was a misevaluation regarding the need for a new electrical box and there was a misunderstanding regarding the amount to be credited back from Logisvert but it was all sorted out in the end. Ensure you have an electrician come prior to evaluate your electrical box to make certain have enough space in your box to add extra ac/heating units getting your estimate. They are an honorable organization and would recommend (despite the minor issues we had that were all ironed out in the end.)
