Absolutely amazing company! Mike and Raphel and their colleagues did a fantastic job. New furnace/heat-pump within 4 days. Marco the sales person is very helpful and knowledgable as well. Kathy is in the administration department and Mike the manager are always there to answer questions. Thank you to all.

Tony provided excellent service! We had a controls issue with our heat pump and Tony was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable, very courteous, explaining everything very clearly and patiently. I highly recommend that all existing or future customers demand him directly for any or all technical support!

My heat pump was purchased a few years ago from Electro-Aide via Costco. Everything is fine until the day before yesterday. The control panel lost power in the night. I called the office immediately. A lady answered me very quickly. After discussion, she promised me someone will call me at next day morning. Yes, next day early morning a person from Electro-Aide called me and a technician named Damien came my house. Damien made an inspection and the problem was found. So professional and so quickly made me surprised. I told myself I must write a review for Electro-Aide even I didn't do before. It is a professional, responsible and honest company. Both Damien and Tony (who installed machine) are very nice. The service is super excellent. I have to say "to stick to this company will give you a peaceful mind". I appreciate Electro-Aide for all.

Wow, what a great experience, despite an early, Saturday call for a faulty furnace issue. Their tech, Tony, was amazing. Polite, courteous and a true professional. He is easily the best tech I have ever dealt with, thorough, conscientious , a true pro with a happy, friendly demeanour. Sang the whole time here, such a pleasure watching someone who enjoys what they are doing. Good on you Electro-Aide, Tony’s a keeper.
