A refrigerator that is not cooling is considered an emergency service due to the risk of food spoilage. We will offer the earliest possible date and prioritize your case if there's a cancellation.

All our repairs are guaranteed for 90 days. If the problem recurs and is related to the original repair, we will return to fix your appliance free of charge.

If a second technician is required, the base service call rate will be doubled, and an estimate will be provided to you before any repair work begins.

We commit to ordering necessary parts within 2 hours. However, we are not responsible for delivery delays as we are subject to distributor and manufacturer timelines. We do have the largest inventory of parts in Quebec.

Service call fees vary: $154.95 + taxes for standard appliances, $169.95 + taxes for high-end appliances, $249.95 + taxes for prestige appliances, and $249.95 + taxes for gas appliances. For in-shop repairs, basic verification fees are $120.00 + taxes for wine cellars & coffee machines, $80.00 + taxes for electronics, and $60.00 + taxes for all other types of appliances. These verification fees are non-refundable but deductible if a repair is accepted.
