- GAS equipment (boiler, water heater, etc.) must be serviced at least once a year (decree n°2009-649 of June 09, 2009)
- Heat pump equipment with a power between 4 kW and 70 kW must be serviced every 2 years maximum (decree n°220-212 of July 28, 2020)
