What is covered by your 1-year workmanship guarantee?

This warranty covers only defects in workmanship performed by Gillespie Handyman Services Inc. as outlined in the original scope of work agreement. Only those services listed in the original scope of work for work that has been paid in full and proven to be defective will be covered under this warranty.

Are parts and materials covered by your warranty?

Accepted Answer

This warranty covers only the labor portion associated with the original scope of work. Any warranty claims related to materials or products used during the project must be directed to the manufacturer of those items. Gillespie Handyman Services Inc. is not responsible for any material defects, failures, or associated claims outside of its own workmanship.

Are leak repairs covered by your warranty?

Leak repairs are not covered under this warranty under any circumstances. Gillespie Handyman Services Inc. assumes no liability for repairs related to water infiltration or any subsequent damage caused by leaks.

What is the process for submitting a warranty claim?

Accepted Answer

To initiate a warranty claim, the customer must contact Gillespie Handyman Services Inc. via email at [email protected] within 14 days of discovering the defect. The customer must provide a copy of the original invoice and a description of the issue. Gillespie Handyman Services Inc. reserves the right to inspect the issue at hand to determine coverage eligibility.

What is the coverage period for your warranty?

The warranty coverage begins on the date of service completion and extends for a period of 12 months. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer for work that has been paid in full.
