Mr Electro

I called Mr.Vaillancourt because my 20 year old Fridgedaire Galaxy washer started banging during the spin cycles. I described the problem to Mr. V and he proceeded to diagnose the problem over the phone with me. I suggested that he come by. He told me that it was not necessary as he knew what the problem was and to save my money and to buy a new washer. Any other repair man would have come to my house and charged me for the same diagnosis and that would have been fair. Mr. Vaillancourt certainly is not getting rich operating as he does but he does have my gratitude and respect. I posted a previous review for Mr. Electro which was mistakenly over written when I added this new review. The previous review rated MrVaillancourt as excellent for his repair of my stovetop at a very reasonable cost.

This review will be slightly different.. First, the service was excellent and he fixed the part instead of ordering a new one at a higher cost. The fridge works wonderfully now. Quick, easy, friendly. The real review is what happened in our place during his service call. My partner has brain cancer, and aphasia. Our person, (not sure if I should give his name, so I won’t), has a wonderful philosophy about life. As he worked, he shared his philosophies with my partner, and her spirits were so raised. The fridge became secondary, the real value was the emotional gift my girlfriend felt. Thank you! I’m her primary caregiver, and from BC. My French is poor, and I also appreciated finding someone who could patiently help in English. I highly recommend Mr-Electro, the service was first class, the human compassion shown was even better.

Professional, knowledgeable and incredibly fair pricing. Went above and beyond what was asked and took the time to educate on what the issue was and how to prevent it from happening again. Do not hesitate to call for your appliance repairs.

Alain is very courteous, prompt and reliable. Furthermore, he will repair whenever reasonable but will suggest replacement when repair too costly.

We just got our fridge repaired by M. Vaillancourt and his son. Professional and experienced, it was easy to set an appointment. He did a thorough assessment before repairing the fridge. We are so thankful they were able to repair it in these difficult times. Merci!!!!
