What is the Génération Intact 2500 finish?

Floors with the Génération Intact 2500 finish offer increased resistance to wear and scratches, protect against stains, prevent yellowing, and make the surface hydrophobic. It comes with a 50-year residential warranty, a 10-year warranty for light commercial spaces, and a 3-year warranty for intensive commercial spaces with direct outdoor access. The finish has a matte sheen and is not offered in other gloss levels. A minimum order of 500 sq. ft. is required. Additional orders under 500 sq. ft. or initial orders under 500 sq. ft. will incur a $200 production fee.

No legal relocation requests will be accepted. The only accepted locations for jurisdiction will be in one of the cities in Quebec where Plancher 2000 has a branch.

What should I do if there is an issue with my delivery?

Upon delivery, the entire order must be inspected by the customer. The customer is responsible for verifying the condition and quantity of the received material. If a problem arises concerning the merchandise following delivery, the customer has 24 hours from delivery to notify Plancher 2000. Photos or videos will be required to support the request.
