I have used this company for several projects over the past 5 years. Some plumbing projects others more general contracting. So in my case, one big project and several smaller ones too. Expert plumber and general contractor. Has electricians and carpenters to deploy as needed. For me, a repeat customer with this company, he responds by telephone or text quickly. Will visit in person to assess urgency. Less urgent projects are done in the usual business delays (days, weeks) but I am reassured that if it's urgent Jonathan will come and fix. I would recommend, esp. if you have a big project, they seem to enjoy the challenge. Worth waiting for if he is busy, worth the price for the quality of the work.
