What are your repair diagnostic fees?

Accepted Answer

Diagnostic fees vary by device size and type: $75+tx for televisions under 65" and home theaters, $120+tx for televisions over 65", $50+tx for normal diagnostics (stereo amplifiers, computers, etc.), and $35/taxes for small items. These fees are payable in advance and deducted from the repair cost if accepted. If the part is unavailable or the repair is not accepted, diagnostic fees are non-refundable.

What is your hourly labor rate?

Our labor rate is $120/hour + tax. Starting October 1st, 2023, transport fees will also be charged at an hourly rate of $120/hour + tax to cover increased maintenance and fuel costs.

What is your return and refund policy?

Accepted Answer

All sales are final, with no refunds on purchases made in-store or online. Special or customized orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. At the store's discretion, a store credit may be issued for current items returned in perfect condition with original packaging and accessories. Refunds may also be granted for current items with a 25% restocking fee, provided they are returned in perfect condition.

Do you offer a warranty on repairs?

We offer a limited warranty on repairs, covering manufacturing defects or workmanship related to our service, in accordance with manufacturer policies and our general terms of service. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized repairs, or events beyond our control.

What are your business hours?

Accepted Answer

Our regular hours are Monday to Wednesday from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Thursday and Friday from 9:30 AM to 9:00 PM, and Saturday from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays.
