Store Urban was such a pleasure to deal with. They came to the house for a consultation, made recommendations on what would work well and what wouldn’t. They delivered and installed just as promised and made the whole experience easy. My curtains and blinds are gorgeous and look very high end. I would definitely recommend using them!

5 stars service from Emilien and the team at Store Urbain. I had a difficult project with lots of uneven walls at odd angles and a difficult fit. The installers were patient and proposed a good solution which was provided quickly at no extra cost. The team was knowledgeable and provided good counsel. Can't argue with the excellent fit and finish that they were able to achieve despite the difficulty of the project.

We have had excellent service from the sales department, and the installation from Store Urbain. Michela did an excellent job of measuring, showing samples, and making helpful suggestions. We have used her services for both curtains and blinds. The installation was very efficient. The only issue we had was with the length of time for delivery, which took a little over two months. Customer service was very friendly. We are very pleased
